Order online Sunday through Thursday evening from baked goods available in the Shop.

Bread and other products will be baked and ready to pick up from the bakery on Saturday, 11am to 3pm.

Weekly baked goods and special seasonal products will be listed in the Shop each week on Sunday evening.

Welcome to summer!

The arrival of summer in Wisconsin feels a bit like Christmas morning! Opposite weather of course, but the excitement is similar. The ease of warm weather, the birds are back and the deep surrounding green are all balm for the soul.

With this weather comes gatherings: graduations, picnics, family get togethers.

For lager get togethers, I offer “slab pie”, as they say in the south. All flavors, but in a sheet pan. One pie serves 25-30, for $40.
